Akams, Immenstadt i. Allgäu

In the Akams district of Immenstadt, we developed a future-oriented residential area in a natural setting with sweeping views of the Allgäu region. An attractive residential neighborhood with a total of 24 building plots for single-family and semi-detached houses was created on around 3.5 hectares. Our goal: to create lively, sustainable living space with a high quality of life—nestled in an intact village structure.
