real estate solutions GmbH supported the market town of Kirchheim in Swabia in getting its municipal construction project off the ground and realizing it as part of a development partnership.
In the northeast of Kirchheim in Swabia, the Renazé-Ring development has created a modern and family-friendly residential neighborhood. Covering an area of around 3.5 hectares, the site has been developed with plots for single-family homes, semi-detached houses, terraced houses, and apartment buildings.
The development of the construction site was handled by real estate solutions GmbH. Real estate solutions took care of all the planning, infrastructure, and construction work up front, so the municipal treasury didn't have to be burdened. The ground breaking ceremony took place in November 2023, and the development work was finished in September 2024.
